Patient No-Gap Billing:
Bills are sent to Medicare and private health insurance via eclipse. Your patient incurs no out of pocket fees if you’ve agreed to no-gap billing.
Patient Known-Gap Billing:
Patient incurs out of pocket fees if they’ve agreed to Known-Gap billing.
Fee Collection
We aim for 100% accuracy. Once you experience our billing system, you’ll find that we have a speedy and simple process.
Reimbursement
We know that as a medical professional, your ultimate goal is cash flow. We pay you every fortnight or to your preferred schedule. Or if you prefer, we can set up for the fund to go direct to your nominated bank account.
Reports
We provide you with: a fortnightly remittance advice (including recovery statement,) quarterly and yearly BAS report, debtors report, and customised reports at your request.
